basic burfee recipe
nestle cream burfee..... mix half tin or small tin nestle cream with 500g klim ...coffee grind or food processor.. add 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder....leave aside... for the syrup boil 2 cups icing sugar in 1 cup water and 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and little rose water.. boil few minutes then add to klim mixture mix well...leave to cool den shape as desired ... mould, nozzle, make blocks or set in pyrex
for top deck divide burfee in two bowls
to one bowl add cocoa and grated dairymilk choc to flavour it.also omit Elachi (cardomom) powder completely.layer in mould half plain burfee and half choc burfee.sprinkle flake or decorate as desired
