1kg fillet steak – thinly sliced
4 tablespoon pepper sauce
2 tablespoon garlic sauce
1 teaspoon chillie garlic spice
4 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon pepper steak spice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup fresh cream
Mix all ingredients together except for
the fresh cream and
marinate the steak for 2 to 3 hours.
Either braai (bbq) over coals or on
skottel. Add fresh cream to let – over
marinate and boil. Baste
steak with this marinate before removing
from braai (bbq).
