RECIPE
1 chicken cut and washed
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon red masala
3 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon dhana
1 tablespoon ground almond
Few strand saffron
3 teaspoon lemon juice
Marinade chicken in spices for few hours.
Heat pot with 2 tablespoon butter, ½ teaspoon garlic cinnamon stick, Elachi (cardomom) pod and saffron. Add the chicken to pot and Cook until done.
Dry potato
3 potatoes peeled and cubed
¼ cup boiling water
1 teaspoon green chillies
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
2 tablespoon Oil
Dash of lemon juice
Heat oil, braise mustard seeds and Jeeru (Cumin). Add Potatoes and rest of ingredients. Add boiling water, lower heat and cook until potato is tender and water has absorbed.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with puri or mini Roti
