1 cup icing sugar
Beat till creamy
3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) (corn flour)
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of bicarb
3 or more cups flour to make a soft dough.
Roll into logs between sheets of wax paper
Smoothen sides with a flat knife
Cut into slices and place on a baking tray
Bake at 180 till done..
When cool sift with icing sugar or dip in castor sugar..
