Saucy Steak

RECIPE

1/2kg fillet steak washed and drained
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 heaped teaspoon ginger garlic masala
1 heaped tablespoon steers garlic sauce
1 heaped tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
1 heaped tablespoon mayonnaise
1 heaped tablespoon tomato sauce.
Marinate steak in above for atleast 3 hours.Melt butter in a pot and cook steak in this until tender.
Can be served with garlic mashed potato and mushrooms sautéed in butter and salt and crushed black pepper.Jazakallah❤️
