Process the onion and the bread in the food processor. Add the rest of ingredients and process again. Empty onto a piece of greased foil and shape into a log. Wrap up with foil. Bake @ 180 for 25-30 minutes. Serve on a bed of lettuce accompanied with mash and mix Vegetables.
