Avocado Ice cream

1 avocado halved
14 ounces of condense milk
2 tbld lemon juice
pinch salt
Blend until smooth
Pour into a large bowl
2 cups cream
Whip until firm peaks form
Fold half whipped into avocado mixture & mix lightly then fold remaining mixture.
Pour in a loaf pan.Freeze for 4 hours to overnight.
