1 small cauliflower, washed & cut into small pieces
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium tomatoe grated
1 ½ cups fresh peas
2 potatoes, cut in pieces
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon tumeric powder
1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon ground garlic
¼ cup oil
½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
½ cup water (optional)
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add Methi (Fenugreek) seeds, allow to brown for 5 seconds
2. Add onions & fry til tender.
3. Add the vegetables & spices, stir & cover. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, adding water of necessary.
