RECIPE
1 Chicken (Cut, Washed & Cleaned) Marinate with:
- 2 Heaped Tablespoons Red Ginger Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon White Ginger Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Dhana Jeeroo
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chillies
- 1 Teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (Turmeric)
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Teaspoon Robertsons Chicken Spice
- Tomato Puree
- Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Maggi Chillie Garlic Sauce
Optional: I Add A Few Strands Of Saffron
Mix ωιтн ¼ Cup Boiling Well Together & Add To Marinate & Mix Well
In A Pot Heat ghee (Clarified butter), Then Add The Chicken & Let Ιт Cook Till Ðσиε. Garnish with Fresh Dhanya.
*Serve with Puris & Potato Wedges σя Side Of Your Choice
