500g chicken mince
Braise ghee (Clarified butter) ,add spices
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
1 teaspoon fine red chillies
1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala
Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) till done
Pre boil 2 cups rice and set aside.
Fry potatoes .
Layer in pot with mince at the bottom, then your potatoes , ½ cup sour milk , then your rice .
Mix altogether and allow to steam for 15-20min .
