RECIPE
Melt 125g butter with ¼ cup sugar until sugar dissolves..Add 500g chopped dates,and fry for ± 10 minutes until dates are soft and mushy..add 2 ½ cups rice crispies,half cup coconut and half cup chopped almonds (optional) and leave on low heatr,until mixture leaves sides of pot..roll with wax paper into logs,roll log into coconut,freeze until hard,cut into slices..
