5 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast
1 cup oil
¼ cup sugar
1¼ cup boiling water
1¼ warm milk

Sift dry ingredients . mix all lquids together add to dry ingredients, make a soft dough. Leave to prove 2 hours. Roll out into oblong mix 200g butter with ¾ cup brown sugar smear over dough sprinkle cinnamon powder and pecan nuts roll like swiss roll cut into 2 - 3 finger size place on a greased baking tray .bake on 200 deg.

Topping
mix 1 tin caramel treat with little fresh cream to thin pour over Cinnabons.
