INGREDIENTS
250g butter ¾ cup icing sugar 1 egg yolk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup maziena 2 tablespoon custard powder (level) Flour required to make a soft dough
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar until creamy, add yolk and essence, beat well then add maziena, custard powder & baking powder, beat again. Add as much flour to form a soft dough. Nozzle, bake on 180 deg for 15 minutes
