500g klim
100g butter
1 small tin nestle cream
Rub together/put in coffee grinder
1 cup milk
75g butter
450g icing sugar
Boil for 5-7 minutes
Add klim and stir for 5 minutes..do not burn
Leave overnight
Add 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
Half teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon rose water and food process or mix well in kenwood
