1 - Braise onion in oil until soft add ginger garlic. Braise for 1 minute. Add steak with rest of ingredients, cook until done and all moisture evaporates. But must still be saucy. Set aside.
2 - boil spaghetti with 1 teaspoon salt in 8 cups water until done. Drain place in dish, while still hot add oil salt sauce and mix set aside.
3 - boil rice with salt 6 cups boiling water until done
4 - boil veg in 3 cups water
5 - in a casserole dish, lay steak at the bottom with vegetables(optional). Place spaghetti over veg lastly adding the rice. Dot butter evenly over rice cover with foil and bake @ 160°c for 30 - 40 minutes
Sprinkle crisp and serve hot
