Wicky Wacky Cake

INGREDIENTS

SIFT TOGETHER :
3 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 cups castor sugar
½ cup cocoa
A pinch of salt

LIQUIDISE:
1 cup oil
50 ml vinegar
2 cups boiling hot water
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

METHOD

Use a large oven tray – spray it with
Spray and Cook.

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Sift together the dry ingredients.
Liquidize the liquids 
Pour liquid mixture into the dry
ingredients.
Mix with a whisk.
Pour into the oven tray and bake for 25
minutes.
Use butter icing.

I made a bar one sauce and poured it over
this cake.

3 bar ones cut up
1 can condensed milk
1 cup cream

Melt the bar ones in the condensed milk
(use a double boiler please). Add in the
cream. Pour over the cake.

OR U can make this ICING :

125g margarine
1 ½ cups icing sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
