SHORTBREAD
(Melt in the mouth)
250g butter
3/4cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy
Then add
¾ cup maizena (corn flour)
½ cup semolina
2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of bicarb
Flour to make a soft dough
Mix well
Pat into greased oven tray..cut into fingers..prick with a fork..sprinkle with castor sugar and bake at 180 till done..
