Adega Inspired Spinach And Butternut

INGREDIENTS

cut spinach normaly.In pot put butter add spinach ,salt, black peppercook till done .In a separate bowl take 2 tablespoon flour add ½ cup water mix and add to spinach bit by bit till u see the right thickness.

METHOD

Butternut: peel and boil the butternut when done mash it whilst hot .Add butter and little sugar serve hot with spinach.
