INGREDIENTS
1Egg.
1 teaspoon lemonJuice.
2 tablespoon CakeFlour.
PinchSalt.
1 Dessert spoon Oil.
3-4 tablespoon Water.
METHOD
Place Flour salt in bowl.
Make a well in centre.
Drop in the egg yolk lemon juice
and Water.Beat with wire whisk till
flour beaten in few minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 hour.
Just before using add
stiffly beaten egg white into batter.
If thick add litlle water to thin out.
Dry fish well.
Dip in batter and fry.
Enjoy

Any white Fish can be used Hake etc
