(A Floating BBM Recipe) Makes 12
Ingredients Dry Ingredients
1 and 3⁄4 cup (all purpose) flour
1 and 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg(Powder)
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon(Powder)
3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
3⁄4 cup milk
1⁄3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Sift and Combine Dry Ingredients.
~Whisk Wet Ingredients in separate bowl. ~Add liquids to dry ingredients combine together well, without over beating. (I used a wooden spoon)
~Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins(Or use Cupcake Cases like I have) ~Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes OR until lighlty golden and skewer comes out clean when inserted.
~While muffins are baking prepare sugar topping.
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
While muffins are hot/warm, ~dip tops into OR Brush with the (1⁄2 cup) melted butter ~and roll into sugar
