.I adapted aunty Yasmin Tar recipe by using only 8 mangoes peeled,cut & cubed,added ½ teaspoon salt,½ teaspoon huldi,1 tablspn Methi (Fenugreek) masala & 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies.
Made a vagaar with 6 tablespoon oil,1 teaspoon mustard seeds,about 10 curry leaves.
Added the vagaar to the mangoes & lastly added 4 tablespoon mayonnaise & 4 tablespoon condensed milk.Mix nicely & refrigerate.Serve cold.Enjoy it's too delicious 😋
I Sprinkled some crushed red chillies over just for decor😉
