Cottage Pie

RECIPE

½ kg beef/steak mince
1 large onion (squeeze out water)
1 egg
1 slice bread
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon green chillies
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon chana flour
Chopped greens
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon haldi
Salt
1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon bbq spice
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
Mix all together.
Pat into greased baking pan
Top with boiled spaghetti and then mash
Sprinkle with cheese and herbs and bake in hot oven for +-30 minutes
Mash:3 potatoes
Boil in salt water till soft
Mash then add
Little milk,piece of butter,salt and pepper
