mix together ginger garlic redmasala chillie garlic paste
salt ground Jeeru (Cumin) lemon pepper lemon juice and tomato puree.I used about 3/4cup.
marinate chicken over night.heat ghee (Clarified butter) fry chicken on low heat till half done.
take baking tray put chicken fill the mash in chicken pour the left over masala from the pot over chicken.I made a little extra marinade and kept aside so I could pour at this stage.cover with foil and bake till lovely brown.
for mash I seasoned with salt pepper green chilles grounded.
