All u need is your favourite tried & tested puri recipe. Break of golf ball sizes . Roll into oval shapes. Fry in hot oil for a few seconds on each side do not brown . Drain on paper towel. Serve with roasts, chicken dishes, veggies or with your favourite savouries.

Nb. you can add chopped dhania, green chillies, jeera or mixed dry herbs to yr dough
