RECIPE
Seekh kebaab :
500g Mutton mince
1 large onion - grated
4 green chillies
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon whole cumin
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon turmeric
Mix all of the above in magimix. Form into balls. Fry in butter until done.
Roti :
2 cups flour
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Combine dry ingredients, add ghee (Clarified butter) and rub together to resemble crumbs. Add hot water mix to form a soft dough.
Divide into 12 balls. Roll thinly. Heat pan fry until blisters form brush with ghee (Clarified butter).
Assemble :
Smear about a tablespoon Mayo on the Roti then place lettuce leaves, cucumber and tomatoes over, then the kebaab add sauces of your choice. Close and enjoy
