Base: 4 cups flour 1 packet instant yeast ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup olive oil ½ teaspoon salt 1¼ cup boiling water
Combine dry ingredients, in mixing bowl. Add half of the oil to the boiling water and add to the above to form a soft dough. Knead the remaining oil until smooth. Cover and allow to rise until doublem in size. Punch Dough and knead slightly Divide dough into 3 portions. Roll each into big Roti, poke holes with fork. Bake on 180 °c for 10 minutes

Beef patties cut up Polony of your choice Chips Peppers 1 cup mixed yellow and white cheddar cheese Fry, patties, Polony and Chips. Spice with salt, vinegar, masala, Mayo, tomato and mustard sauce. Spread pizza sauce on the base, sprinkle half the cheese then add the patties, Polony, Chips and peppers sprinkle with the other half cheese. Place under the grill jus until cheese melts.
