½ cup castor sugar
2 cups flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup dedicated coconut
2 tablespoon warm water

Beat butter and sugar until light.
Sift cocoa, flour, baking powder and coconut add to above and mix.
Add water to for a soft dough.
Roll on flour surface, cut desired shapes. Bake on 180°C 10 minutes
When cool, spread chocolate over the top and sprinkle coconut over.
