INGREDIENTS
4-5 potatoes, cut into small cubes
Olive oil
Green masala
Dhana jeeru (cumin)
Salt
arad (Turmeric)
Black pepper
Garlic flakes
4 eggs
Chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Cook potatoes with the spices and oil in a lilittle water until soft. When done, scramble in the eggs and garnish with dhania (coriander).
