INGREDIENTS
½ teaspoon fresh ground garlic1 teaspoon origanum{robertsons)2 or 3 curry leaves1 packet All Gold pasta pronto(tomato and garlic).found next to pasta in supermarket.1 tablespoon suger1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon tomato paste1 teaspoon cartwright curry powder250ml fresh cream1 tablespoon olive oilgreen chillie to taste
METHOD
Braise garlic, curry leaves, origanum in olive oil (under a minutes) don't let garlic burn.Pour in pasta pronto,a dd sugar,salt,tomato paste.Let cook (oil will come to top)Lastly add curry powder and cream.Boil 1 packet 500gr Penne pasta.Mix together.
