Gem Squash

Easy Gem Squash & Corn

6 Gem Squash, halved season & and steam tender
1 tin cream style sweet corn
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Green chillies (acc to heat of your choice)

Mix all of the ingredients together. When gems are cool spoon into the gems sprinkle parsley. Can be served cold or heat in the oven.
Serve as a side or with braais.
Sweet corn can also be eaten like that or served as side wit other dishes.
