4 medium gems halved2 cups butternut diced & peeled½ cup frozen mix veg1 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 cup grated GoudaCrushed black pepper, parsley (garnish)
Boil gems in water till tender.Steam butternut & mix veg in butter and season with Aromat (a South African Spice). Cook till tender. Fill gems with butternut filling.Sprinkle with cheese and garnish.Bake at 180 Cup for about 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted.
