4 medium gems halved2 cups butternut diced & peeled½ cup frozen mix veg1 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 cup grated GoudaCrushed black pepper, parsley (garnish)
Boil gems in water till tender.Steam butternut & mix veg in butter and season with Aromat (a South African Spice). Cook till tender. Fill gems with butternut filling.Sprinkle with cheese and garnish.Bake at 180 C for about 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted.
