INGREDIENTS
1 chicken disjointed1 full tablespoon peri peri braai (bbq) aminasWonder spice2 tablespoon lemon juiuce1 teaspoon red chillies powder or fresh1 teaspoon ground garlicI level teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)2 tablespoon mayonaiseSalt to tasteOlive oil (opt)
For sauce :
1 tblps mayonaise2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon tomato pureeSalt,pepper,parsely1 tablespoon butter
METHOD
Marinate chicken.Cook till done.Boil sauce ingredients,one boil not for too long.Pour over chicken and grill in oven till red.Serve with fried potato wedges sprinkled with salt,pepper and Robertsons peri peri spice.
