INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
Spinach leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper
Garlic and herb spice
Cayenne pepper
Eggs
Drop of milk
Cubed feta cheese
METHOD
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the spinach leaves with the spices. Beat the eggs and milk and pour over the spinach. Cook on medium heat. Top with feta cheese.
