INGREDIENTS
Tawa Chicken
Chicken fillets cut in cubes
Marinate with
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon garlic paste
Yougurt
salt
Garlic mayo
Lemon juice
Red Chile flake
Khasmri chilies
Tandoori masala
Lili red colour
dhania (coriander) and jerro powder
BBQ spice
Lemon pepper
1tbl peri peri sauce
Marinate over night of few hours
METHOD
Warm tawa add ghee (Clarified butter) and olive oil whole jerro and few sliced fresh garlic add 1 chopped onion cook tell soft add chicken cook tell chicken is cooked
I sauted green and red pepper and red onion on tawa before
Add this to chicken add BBQ sauce Peri peri sauce Tomato sauce garlic sauce and lemon juice cook for about 10 minutes
Sprinkle fresh dhania (coriander) and Spring onions
