Chicken strips
Recipe & Pic :@naeema_mia
½ kg chicken breast
Wash, cut into thick strips
Marinade with :
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon mochachos spice
Lemon juice
Marinade for 2 hrs or overnight.
Coating :
Flour
Egg beaten
Southern coating
Coat chicken strips in flour, dip into egg then coat with southern coat.
Fry in medium - hot oil 10 minutes until golden.
