Marinate with
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Salt
Red chillies to taste
2 tablespoon sourmilk
2 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Steam chops
Dip in flour then beaten egg and shallow fry till golden
