500g chicken fillet (largely diced)1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon ground garlic1 tablespoon oil
Also needed:Store bought pitasGrated carrotsShredded cabbageSliced red onion Grated green apple1 tablespoon vinegarLight mayonnaise
Cook chicken until tender and no liquid remains. Shred. Toss salad with vinegar then add in shredded chicken.Place in pitas and dress with mayo.
