½ kg Mutton pieces, wash and drain Marinate with : 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon green masala 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoon sour milk Leave to marinate 2 hours
1 medium onion chopped 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tablespoon coconut oil ½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) seeds Cinnamon stick Cardamon pods Star anees Cloves Pepperscons
Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) and oil with whole spices until light brown.
Add marinated meat to the onion with spices. Cook for 15 minutes. Then add the tomato, tomato puree, potatoes and carrots. Cook until meat tender. Lastly sprinkle garam masala over cooked meat mix in. Serve with onion rice, roti or naan.
