½ kg chicken breast cut thick strips Cup Soak in: 1 cup milk 1 egg beaten Soak at least 4 hours

Roti: 2 cups flour 1 big spoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon salt Hot water to make a soft dough. Roll out dough into one big Roti smear with ghee (Clarified butter) roll up and make 10 balls. Roll each into Roti. Heat non stick pan, cook on both sides until blisters appear and Roti puffs up. Brush wit more melted ghee (Clarified butter).
Spread some mayo on the Roti, make a salad with cucumber tomato onions lettuce and Gherkins sprinkle all over the Roti add chicken pieces drizzle with sauce of your choice roll up and enjoy 😜
