INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
1 cup ground almonds
¼ cup ground pistachio
¼ cup sugar
+/- 3 tablespoon condensed milk
½ teaspoon cardomum powder
Phyllo pastry
Melted butter
Icing sugar
Ground pistachio
METHOD
1- in a bowl, mix together almonds, pistachio sugar Cardomon and, condense
2- cut strips from the phyllo ( rectangular shaped pieces
3- while working cover the rest of phyllo with a damp cloth
4- take a single phyllo rectangle and brush the whole strip with melted butter and place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in centre and roll it up and then place it on an oven tray
5 - brush cigars with melted butter bake at 180degree until light brown
Dust icing sugar and sprinkle pistachio.
