INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
¼ cup fresh cream
salt to taste
1 tablespoon tomatoe paste
bit of saffron(soak in boiling water)
¼ teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
¼ teaspoon red crushed chillies
METHOD
mix all theses ingredients and add to
chicken. marinate for 2 hours. cook in
butter on low. serve with chips and
garlic bread or rolls
