Gourmet Beef Burgers

INGREDIENTS

1kg topside mince
Grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
Bbq spice
Steak and chops spice
Meat spice
Fried onion
Rolls
Butter
Lettuce
Avo
Make a sauce with sauce of choice

METHOD

Mix all spices and fried onion in the mince
In d middle of the pattie put grated cheese and close d pattie
Let patties lie for an hour in the fridge
Fry patties in little oil
Toast the rolls
Layer the burger with your choice of ingredients
Enjoy
