lemon juice

Marinate chkn in mayo &spice
leave overnight
bake on 180 for 20 minutes on both sides.
then grill till nice and redd

melt the butter and lemon juice and pour over chkn pcs b4 serving
serve with chips and salad

NB :in place of the wonder spice u may use mochachos spice or anything similar
