Orange Spice Wedges

4 large potatoes
1 ½ - 2 tablespoon orange pepper spice
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.
Deep fry wedges until golden on outside and fluffy inside.
Toss with spice and parsley.
Do not add salt as the spice contains salt.
