Ingredients: 300g pasta of choice 2 tablespoon butter 500g chicken fillet (cubed) 1 green pepper (julienned) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 sachet tomato paste 3 tablespoon nando's bushveld braai (bbq) sauce 1 large tin nestle cooking cream
Garnish: Rough red chillies Kus-kus (poppy seeds) Italian herbs Parmesan Fresh chopped parsley
Cook chicken in butter, garlic, lemon, chillies, salt and pepper. When halfway done add green pepper and cook till no liquid remains. Add in tomato paste, sauce, cream, and heat through. Boil pasta in salted water till al-dente. Toss in sauce. Garnish and serve.
