INGREDIENTS
Blush Sauce Pasta

Ingredients:300g pasta of choice2 tablespoon butter500g chicken fillet (cubed)½ green pepper (julienned)½ red pepper (julienned)1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon ground garlic paste1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper50g sachet tomato paste4 tablespoon Nando's bushveld braai (bbq) sauce1 large tin Nestle cooking cream
Garnish:Rough red chilliesKus-kus (poppy seeds)Italian herbsParmesanFresh chopped parsley
METHOD
1. Cook chicken in butter, garlic, lemon, chillies, salt and pepper. 2. When halfway done, add in green & red pepper and cook till no liquid remains. 3. Add in tomato paste, bushveld sauce, cream, and allow to simmer & heat through. 4. Boil pasta in salted water till al-dente. 5. Toss in sauce. Garnish and serve.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
