Homemade Tomato Chutney

This can be used in butter beans, baked beans, kebabs chutney, steak chutney, fish chutney etc.
1 onion sliced
2 pieces taj
Pinch Jeeru (Cumin) seeds
Few curry leaves
2-3 large tomatoes (liquidized)
½ -1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Pinch turmeric powder
Pinch ginger garlic masala
2 tablespoon chopped dhania (coriander)
Braise onion in oil with taj, Jeeru (Cumin) and curry leaves until golden. Add spices and masala. Braise till fragrant. Add tomatoes and dhania (coriander) and cook till completely reduced.
