RUHANA EBRAHIM'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
8 bananas
250ml fresh cream
Icing sugar to taste
Woolworths toffee sauce
2 pkts tennis biscuits
30g butter
Chocolate to garnish

METHOD


Whip cream with sugar till soft peaks form.
Crush biscuits. Melt butter and mix with biscuits.
Pat biscuits into base of dessert bowl/cups.
Spoon on soft whipped cream.
Pour some toffee sauce.
Place sliced bananas.
Spoon more whipped cream and repeat layers of biscuit, cream, sauce, bananas and cream.
Garnish with chocolate.
Leave in fridge to chill. Serve cold.

Note: I did only 1 layer of each as I used small glasses

There's no Woolies in America (where I live) so I just made home made toffee sauce (brown sugar, butter and cream) and it worked. Easy, quick and perfect for unexpected guests. Tasty, thanks.

@RUHANA EBRAHIM - 1/2 cup butter, brown sugar and heavy cream each. If you have corn syrup then you can make a more authentic Nigella one but I didnt have in the house, here's the link x
