INGREDIENTS
Low Cal Salt & Pepper Baked Hake

Ingredients:
1kg hake pieces (descaled and skinless)
1 teaspoon salt and more
1 teaspoon fine crushed black pepper
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice (or 1 fresh lemon sliced)
4 tablespoon chilli oil
1 vine of roasting tomatoes
METHOD
Marinate fish. Place in oven proof dish. Wash tomatoes. Place on lemon slices if using on fish. Then place on tomatoes. Drizzle over oil. Place in preheated oven at 200 deg C. Bake fish until firm and flakes. Sprinkle salt on tomatoes. Serve fish with side of baby marrow spaghetti.
