2 tablespoon oil½ - 1 roll garlic polony diced1 ½ cups frozen corn250g spaghetti1 ½ cups milk½ cup water2 tablespoon flour2 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon garlic3 tablespoon soul fire sauce/ tobasco sauce1 cup grated pecorino cheese Dried mixed herbs Crushed black pepper
Microwave corn for two minutes.Heat oil in a deep pan, fry polony halfway, then add corn and fry for another two minutes.Heat milk, water and butter. Whisk in flour till smooth. Allow to thicken slightly. Add tobasco and garlic.Pour sauce into pan.Boil spaghetti in salted water till al-dente. Drain and and to sauce. Add cheese and mix altogether.Sprinkle herbs and pepper and serve.
