INGREDIENTS

4 eggs1 cup sugarBeat till fluffy then add1 and quarter cup flour3 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanillaBeat again then fold inHalf cup boiling water mixed with half cup oil and 3 teaspoon coffee.fold lightlyPlace in cupcake cases/loaf panBake at 180 for 10-15 minutes

METHOD

ICING
125g butter
1 and half cup icing sugar
Beat till creamy
mix in quarter cup warm milk 4 teaspoon coffee
Add to icing and beat well
